Year 10 - the deadline for organising work experience placements has now been extended to Thurday 11th February. Placements are not confirmed until all the paperwork is complete and checked by Miss A Stead.

Pupils from 11B option classes will be sitting their exam on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th of February. Pupils from 11A option classes will be sitting their exam on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th of February. Attendance is critical. All preparation and research work needs to be brought into the exam.
Youth Speaks

Congratulations to Nathan John, Daniel Russell and Jessica Tetsill who represented the school in the annual Youth Speaks competition. They won the local round and claimed three of a possible four titles!!
Young Crime Writers Competition!

Do you enjoy writing stories? Do you enjoy reading crime stories? If so, then this competition by the Crime Writers' Association in association with Neath-Port Talbot Libraries may be for you! Write a crime story in 1000 words or less. There are prizes for those shortlisted and the local, regional, and national winners! Get more information from your English Teacher. The closing date for all entries is 19th February 2010.
